Stage 1 - Needs/ risk assessment

ü     Perform a thorough review and report of how you operate and the true nature of threats that you are exposed to  - or may be exposed to in the future

Stage 2 - System Design, Specification and Budgeting

ü     Create a sound, engineered design to neutralize current and future threats

ü     Utilize "open-system" design for maximum flexibility, to avoid early obsolescence and future dependence on a single vendor

ü     Create a detailed written specification, drawings and contract documents to insure all vendors bid the same design and are bound, legally, to provide materials and quality as required

Stage 3 - Vendor vetting and selection

ü     Review local vendor qualifications and create a "short-list" of pre-qualified bidders. Assist client in the selection process.  

Stage 4 - Product Sourcing

ü     Identify sources of quality products and arrange import where required

Stage 5 - Construction Oversight

ü    Review work in progress to insure compliance with the bid-document; including pre-testing of major system components and final acceptance testing of the entire system

ü    Work with client to schedule "progress payments" as milestones are reached by the contractor.
